Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're located elsewhere and interested in a paddle, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Since every paddle is handcrafted, some items may require additional production time. We'll email you with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
- Canada — 5–10 business days after shipment
- United States — 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Product prices listed on our site do not include shippingunless explicitly noted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight/size. Orders ship from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, so shipping rates and transit times vary by location. All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Customs & Duties (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Returns & Refunds
Each paddle is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your paddle arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or issue
- Email sinfulshores1@gmail.com or use our contact form
We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
e-Transfer Reservations
When you choose to pay by Interac e-Transfer (Canada only), the product is reserved for 48 hours. If payment is not received within that window, the reservation expires and the product is released back for sale. No charges are applied for expired reservations.
Age Requirement
All orders must be placed by individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the buyer does not meet the age requirement.
